They are hungry and alone

No animal willingly becomes a stray, but every year, millions of animals around the world suffer from hunger, disease, misery, and abuse on the streets.

Unwanted pets may be abandoned or born into lives of suffering. Homeless dogs and cats suffer silently around the world.

Our Stray Animal Care team is working relentlessly to help them. Throughout Asia and Eastern Europe, FOUR PAWS teams and partners neuter and vaccinate thousands of stray animals, avoiding senseless killing and supporting local governments. Our programs also never turn a blind eye to animal suffering, helping rescue and treat those that might be injured or sick.

But our resources are limited.
